Welcome to historic downtown Dickson. Our updated 19th Century Craftsman home sits on a private lot in central Dickson. Picture perfect front porch, white picket fenced yard, original hardwood floors and clawfoot tub. Walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, local pubs, hiking on trails at Montgomery Bell State Park, PGA pro designed Greystone golf course and local day spa. Enjoy the fire pit in the backyard with a cup of tea!

Two bedrooms (Split King, adjustable bed and Queen) are downstairs with a tub and stand-up shower, and the other two bedrooms (Queen and 2 Single Beds) are upstairs with a combo tub/shower. All new bedding and linens are throughout. Two SmartTVs and some board games are provided, as well as an outdoor seating area with a fire pit.

The kitchen amenities include coffee maker, toaster, oven, stove, microwave, pots and pans and cutting boards. Washer and dryer in the home.

A front porch for relaxing outside with with fenced yard makes it great for small dogs. 

Many wedding venues nearby draw people to this home for the big day and for guests.

Keyless entry allows easy access for you. Four car max in driveway.

There is a nearby train line, so train noise may occasionally be heard. While most guests find the sound as part of the neighborhood atmosphere, light sleepers may want to keep this in mind.

- **Anonymous**: "There were nice AirBNB places in Dickson: however, this was not one of them. Filthy, poorly stocked, falling apart/almost trapped in bedroom (broken doorknob). No bathroom ventilation, leaking shower rust/mold surround “unclean able” per PM (owner knows/hasn’t replaced. ) Smeared mirrors “out of windex”, no coffee “ran out” extremely poor set up for wedding prep needs. Couldn’t use either bath tub to filth/hair, used shower reluctantly (told PM a truck stop may have been better option.) Dirty baseboards, cobwebs, left behind flossers, no doors on shed /wild cats coming &  going. Large dangling branches from untended trees & a dead standing stump to greet you on arrival between trash bins in alley from apartments. Glassware in cupboard w/ milk lines still evident, dead bugs in silverware tray. Alerted PM “feel free to go elsewhere” (after unloading for wedding weekend w/ grandparents & pet in tow) but we were unable to due to wedding festivities didn’t have time: 😡  not acceptable!!" (2/5)
