Luxury Estate w/ Pool-Game Room-Indoor Basketball

Welcome to one of Dickson County’s most impressive private retreats. Nestled at the end of a quiet lane on over 12 sprawling acres, this custom-built luxury estate offers nearly 5,000 sq feet of thoughtfully designed living space with the kind of amenities you’d expect at a high-end resort.
Whether you’re traveling with family, hosting a corporate retreat, celebrating a milestone, or simply escaping the noise of everyday life, this property delivers an experience that’s hard to match anywhere.

From the moment you walk in, the craftsmanship is obvious. Soaring ceilings, stained oak staircases, a chef’s kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a cozy fireplace set the tone for a home that’s as comfortable as it is impressive. Four spacious bedrooms with a king bed, 2 queens and two twins. Basement has 2 pull out full beds and a bunk bed, and four and a half baths mean everyone has their own space to decompress. The primary suite is a true retreat, with a separate soaking tub and walk-in shower. Every room is finished to a level that feels like a hotel upgrade, without any of the hotel rules.

The dedicated game room is fully loaded with a ping pong table, poker table, and a lineup of games that will keep your group entertained well into the night. It’s the kind of space that turns a good trip into a great one, and a great trip into a story people tell for years.

The three-car heated garage takes things up another level with 19.5-foot ceilings and a full indoor basketball goal. Whether you’re settling a friendly rivalry or just getting some shots up before breakfast, this space is a rare find in any vacation rental.

Step out to your own private in-ground pool, surrounded by open Tennessee sky and the kind of quiet you can only find on 12-plus acres. When the sun starts to set, move to the covered screened porch with its cedar ceiling for dinner, drinks, and good conversation. The deck offers sweeping views of the property with nothing but nature in every direction.

You’re just minutes from downtown Dickson, where you’ll find local restaurants, shops, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Nashville is an easy 45-minute drive, making this a perfect home base for anyone wanting peaceful countryside with Music City just down the road.
This Home is Perfect For:
• Large family gatherings and reunions
• Corporate team retreats and off-sites
• Sports groups and travel teams
• Milestone celebrations and birthday weekends
• Any group that takes their fun seriously
